"What is the middle class' obsession with dogs?" he wonders aloud. He explains his relationship with dogs as this, "When a horse passes a cow in a pasture, it just says, hmmm another animal and goes on his way. That is how I feel about dogs." He doesn't care if it is a Sharpe, Rotweiler, Lab or Basset Hound. Just another creature passing him on the street and he is immune to their charms. Gary in fact is not a fan of pets of any kind.
